Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in accounts administration or a similar finance position is preferred.
• Practical understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Xero or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate supplier invoice records and supporting documentation.
• Process customer payments including cash and credit card transactions.
• Complete bank and account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding customer accounts and follow up payments.
• Assist with employee onboarding and payroll preparation.
• Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records.
• Support daily accounts and finance administration.
• Use accounting systems and spreadsheets to maintain accurate financial information.
