Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of accounting experience and excellent communication skills. The director prioritizes staff development and provides mentoring and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Actively pursuing or passionate about starting CA/CPA.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare income tax returns for individuals, sole traders, companies, trusts and partnerships.
• Assist with financial statements, working papers, BAS, and instalment activity statements.
• Support clients with bookkeeping, Xero, and accounting queries under guidance from seniors.
• Liaise with the ATO and third parties on behalf of clients where appropriate.
• Continue learning through mentoring and practical experience.
