Job summary

The Saint’s Front of House team at Refinery Group in Melbourne is opening a new venue and recruiting bartenders for casual shifts. You’ll bring energy, engage with guests, support teammates, and take pride in delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

Experience in bars or FoH is preferred, RSA certification is required, and availability for nights, weekends and event evenings is essential. Training and growth opportunities are offered within a dynamic, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• RSA certification required or in progress.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with ability to stay calm under pressure.

About You

• You’re friendly, reliable and passionate about hospitality. You bring energy and positivity to every shift — and you love helping guests feel special. You’ll also have:
• Previous Front of House, bar or restaurant experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine love for people
• A proactive, hands‑on mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure can you merge
• Great attention to detail and pride in high standards
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• A team first attitude and willingness to learn
• Availability to work nights, weekends and event evenings
