Job summary

The Saint’s Front of House team at Refinery Group in Melbourne is opening a new venue and recruiting bartenders for casual shifts. You’ll bring energy, engage with guests, support teammates, and take pride in delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

Experience in bars or FoH is preferred, RSA certification is required, and availability for nights, weekends and event evenings is essential. Training and growth opportunities are offered within a dynamic, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Front of House experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and genuine love for people.
• RSA certification required or in progress.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and pride in high standards.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and events.
