Job summary

FINA Australia is seeking passionate people to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) teams as Disability Support Workers. You may be experienced or making a career change, and you will participate in a paid Training & Assessment Program starting 16 November 2026, with paid training on site.

We offer meaningful client work, flexible shifts including Saturdays and Sundays, and a supportive culture with guidance from allied health partners and in-house specialists.

Paid Training Program

Our Training & Assessment Program kicks off Monday, 16 November 2026 – and yes, you’ll be paid while you train!

Shift Times:

Note: Shifts are set on a rolling roster – you must be available for all types of shifts whether you are a Permanent Part Time or Reserve. These shifts include Saturday and Sunday work.
