WISE Employment is hiring a Job Preparation Coach to empower customers toward sustainable employment. You will deliver approved WISE Choices sessions across ESA, travel between Mount Druitt and Blacktown, and manage Flex customers within the ESA to boost readiness to work.

The role requires 2–3 years in services industries, strong communication, and a willingness to obtain necessary checks. Not-for-profit employer with competitive salary packaging and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in services industries such as nursing; banking and finance; insurance; travel; hospitality; and retail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Hold a current Working with Children Check.
• Hold a National Police Check or be willing to obtain one.
• Driver's Licence.
• Demonstrate WISE attributes: Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 25 hours of face-to-face customer training per week across the ESA, using the WISE Choices Menu.
• Increase customer readiness to work and attendance/satisfaction with engaging, evidence-based content.
• Partner with Job Coach and Job Support Coach to tailor training options to customer needs.
• Encourage flexible customers to attend group sessions and transition to the intensive phase.
• Deliver high quality content and ensure regular contact with flexible customers as contracts require.
• Case manage all Flex customers in the ESA.

At WISE Employment, our Job Preparation Coaches play an integral role inmaking employment opportunities accessible for everyone.

As the Job Preparation Coach, you will deliver approved WISE Choices sessions in an interesting and engaging way which will result in an increase in readiness to work for our customers bringing them closer to securing sustainable employment.

You will also manage the Flex customers for the ESA.

Please note: there is an expectation of working at outreach sites associated with each office. This role involves travel between Mount Druitt and Blacktown.

A day in a Job Preparation Coach role involves…

Building Customer Capability - 70%

• Deliver 25 hours of face-to-face customer training per weekacross the ESA, from the WISE approved WISE Choices Menu only (except social group activities), that improves customer readiness to work
• Maximise training attendance and satisfaction through delivering interesting, engaging and relevant content that includes evidence-based programs, job related training and social group activities
• Partner with Job Coach and Job Support Coach to ensure training options meet customer needs
• Encourage flexible customers to attend group sessions and transition to the intensive phase
• Deliver high quality content that receives high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ensure each flexible customer is contacted each six weeks as per contract requirements
• Case Manage all Flex customers in the ESA

Compliance - 10%

• Adhere to all compliance requirements
• Meet all compliance standards
• Always behave in line with WISE Values
• Comply with WHS policies and procedures
• Deliver industry leading customer centricity to customers
• Support site growth by attending pop-ups etc. when required
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in services industries such as nursing; banking and finance; insurance; travel; hospitality; and retail
• Experience facilitating groups and/or running training sessions with groups
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft 365
• Hold a current Working with Children Check
• Hold or are working toward relevant qualifications, for example, Training and Assessment, Business, Management, Community Services etc.
• Driver's License
