WISE Employment is seeking compassionate, empathetic Job Coaches to empower people with disability through meaningful employment opportunities. The role involves outreach across office sites, helping participants with resumes, interview prep, and creating clear pathways to sustainable work.

You will build rapport, assess barriers, and connect participants to training and support services while fostering relationships with employers and community organisations.

Qualifications

• Have full Australian working rights.
• Hold a full Australian driver's license.
• Be willing to obtain a National Police Check.
• Be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
• Demonstrate the WISE attributes: Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset.
• Be willing to complete a pre-employment assessment.

Responsabilités

• Developing strong rapport to understand your participants' needs, interests, skills and experience.
• Assisting with participants’ resumes, job applications and interview preparation.
• Identifying and assessing barriers towards employment and creating solutions to support them at work and ongoing.
• Creating job plans with our participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment.
• Increasing our participants' employability through training and other support services.
• Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential employers and community organisations.
