Job summary

FourQuarters Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a skilled JDE Finance expert to own governance of the JDE Finance environment and provide advisory support across the finance function. The role combines hands-on system ownership with strategic input on upgrades and transformation initiatives.

You will drive governance of master data, security, access reviews and controls, while collaborating with Technology and external partners to deliver reliable, compliant finance systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or IT-related field.
• Experience supporting JD Edwards Finance modules in enterprise environments.
• Exposure to JDE upgrades or version migrations is a plus.
• Ability to govern master data, security roles and access.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to JDE Finance expert for finance stakeholders.
• Own governance of the JDE Finance environment incl. master data, security and access.
• Lead user access reviews, audits and compliance activities on the JDE platform.
• Provide high-level support for critical JDE issues to keep systems stable.
• Lead requirements gathering, design and process improvements for JDE projects.
• Collaborate with Technology, vendors and offshore support to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to JDE upgrades, EnterpriseOne roadmap and transformations.
• Build and maintain documentation, governance and controls for scalable finance ops.
• Advise finance leadership on system capabilities and improvements.
