You will partner with the Managing Director and leadership team, delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis and decisive recommendations to drive growth and performance in a complex, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similarly complex industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Australian finance function and team.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and management accounting.
• Provide clear financial analysis and commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve business performance.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital and financial risk.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance.
• Support business planning, investments and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and reporting.
• Collaborate with regional and global finance teams on transformation initiatives.
