Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook in a Japanese restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi and hot meals.
