• Minimum 3 years of relevant commercial kitchen experience.
• Commercial cookery or culinary qualification required.
• Experience in a professional kitchen environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high-quality Japanese dishes inline with kitchen standards.
• Take responsibility for food preparation and daily kitchen production.
