You will work with HR Business Partners on talent management, employment relations, performance, engagement, development, recognition, compensation and compliance. The role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR operations experience in a comparable industry
• Knowledge of JAPAC employment laws advantageous
• Experience in a global business is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HRBP and COE teams to implement programs and policies
• Build relationships with leaders and employees to improve communication and engagement
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for people metrics
• Research and analyze data for assigned projects
• Support delivery of Performance Improvement Processes
• Advise employees on people-related queries with HR Operations and Total Rewards
• Ensure adherence to policies and contribute to their development
• Assist with employee off-boarding including Workday workflows and exit processes
• Leverage AI technologies to improve HR decision-making and efficiency
