Job summary

POP MART is seeking a HR Generalist to support our Australia and New Zealand business from our Sydney CBD office. This on-site role combines HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement and business partnering to optimise the employee lifecycle.

You will work with the HR Manager and regional leaders to deliver practical guidance on performance, relations and policies while maintaining accurate HR records in Workday and ensuring payroll alignment with ADP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Generalist/HR Operations or Payroll roles.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment practices and lifecycle.
• Experience supporting managers with employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Experience with Workday and payroll coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll processes and liaise with ADP to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, events and internal communications.
• Provide HR business partnering support to managers across Australia and New Zealand.
• Oversee office administration and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations.
