Job summary

Perpetual Limited seeks an experienced ITSM Lead to join our newly established Perpetual Wealth team in Sydney. You will develop and champion the strategy, roadmaps and vision for ServiceNow-based features, drive platform maturity, and define metrics to measure value and identify improvements.

You will ensure compliance with policies and deliver scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with best practices.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) qualification required.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration and development.
• Experience in system implementation and change management processes.
• Experience directing/leading junior resources.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders on business process enhancements and with developers to deliver solutions.
• Experience defining and delivering systems’ support strategy, including business analysis and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and champion strategy, roadmap and vision for delivering ServiceNow features.
• Drive platform maturity to ensure continual value from the service.
• Define and monitor metrics to measure feature success and identify improvements.
• Provide technical best practices and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Develop and maintain design and operations documentation including release notes.
• Create scalable, high performing solutions aligned with best practices.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for the platform, including discovery, design and implementation.
• Act as point of contact for ServiceNow for business and technology groups.
• Manage ServiceNow partner to ensure alignment with practices and agreements.
