Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking an ITSM Tooling Specialist to enable reliable, auditable Jira Service Management delivery across a Defence program. You will align ITIL practices with practical tooling, ensuring governance and performance improvements while supporting multiple environments.

Qualifications

Experience configuring Jira Service Management including workflows, SLAs and reporting.
Practical ITIL Service Management experience across incident, request, problem, change and knowledge processes.
Ability translating policies into fit-for-purpose system designs and workflows.
Experience governing multi-project service platforms with auditability and change control.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain Jira Service Management workflows and governance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate policies into practical tooling that improves visibility and compliance.
Support multiple environments with controlled promotion and segregation for risk management.
Develop dashboards and analytics to drive data-driven decisions and improve outcomes.
