Job summary

Tec-NQ is a Townsville–based Independent Senior Secondary School and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) seeking a Business and Information Technology Trainer. The role involves delivering Certificates in Information Technology and Workplace Skills Training packages across our school-based and RTO programs in the Townsville/North Queensland region.

The successful candidate will have vocational qualifications in Business and IT, plus a Teaching and Assessment Certificate IV, strong

Qualifications

Possession of vocational qualifications in Business and Information Technology.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116 or TAE40110) required.
Well developed verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use information technology to enrich learning opportunities for students.
Current C-Class Australian Drivers Licence; and Queensland Blue Card or eligibility to attain.
Demonstrated experience in development, delivery and assessment of IT and Workplace Skills Training.

Responsibilities

Deliver Certificates in Information Technology and Workplace Skills Training packages.
Support delivery of programs across our operations as an RTO and School.
