Job summary

TAFE NSW is seeking a Casual Teacher of Information Technology for the Albury campus. You will deliver engaging, on-campus training to students pursuing Certificate III and TVET programs during daytime hours, providing practical, job-relevant learning experiences.

Ideal candidates will have strong IT skills, including Office 365 and networking concepts, plus a Certificate IV in IT and VET teaching qualifications. A First Aid certificate is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills in Information Technology.
• Minimum of three years post-qualification industry experience, gained within the last five years.
• Hold evidence of the required teaching qualification to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET).
• First Aid Certificate is desirable to support success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, face-to-face IT training to students undertaking Certificate III and TVET programs at Albury campus.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment and deliver quality training and assessment.
• Support students to achieve successful outcomes and adapt delivery for diverse learning needs.
