Job summary

Hullbot is building autonomous underwater robots to decarbonise maritime operations from Sydney, Australia. We’re seeking a dedicated IT Administrator to own day-to-day technology and enable a fast-growing team.

You’ll manage end-to-end hardware, accounts, and SaaS tools across a small, collaborative Digital Systems team. This true ownership role offers autonomy to automate, refine processes, and shape Hullbot's IT future.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT experience in a small or startup environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows issues and learn Linux.
• Strong service mindset and clear communication.
• Interest in automation and IT process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first IT contact across the team, triage and resolve requests.
• Manage hardware, accounts, and software across devices.
• Maintain IT inventory, onboarding/offboarding, and access control.
• Support office IT, including Wi-Fi, printers, and rooms.
• Document runbooks and asset records; help automate tasks.
