Job summary

Advanced Navigation in Sydney seeks a Systems Architect to lead architectural updates across our navigation product family, aligning hardware and software with the company vision. You will own system-wide design choices from high-level concepts to component details, shaping how users interact with our range of AI robotics solutions.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure portable, scalable architectures that withstand supply chain constraints and meet industry best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Mechanical or Computer Systems Engineering.
• 10+ years of multi-discipline design engineering experience.
• Expert in at least one engineering discipline.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to explain complex statistical models to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• A curious mindset with an intrinsic drive to learn complex technical frameworks quickly.
• Exceptional attention to detail with bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Define and realise architectural updates across the product range to align with the bigger vision.
• Design hardware architectures with portable, reusable patterns and ensure supply chain resilience.
• Develop software architectures that support external interfaces and align with development frameworks like NIST/AUSDEFCON.
