Job summary

Northern Star Resources Limited, head office in Subiaco, Western Australia, seeks an IT Systems Analyst to maintain and enhance critical IT infrastructure and deliver small to medium-scale IT projects. You will support Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, networks and enterprise applications while ensuring secure, high-performing technology services across the business.

Reporting to the IT Systems Lead, the role requires strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with multi-site IT infrastructure experience.
• Mining industry exposure is advantageous.
• Microsoft, VMware and ITIL certifications or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional IT support and customer service to employees and contractors.
• Monitor and manage Service Desk requests, incidents and escalations for timely resolution.
• Support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Azure services, servers, networks and business applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, printers and end-user computing issues.
• Plan and deliver IT projects such as system upgrades and hardware refreshes.
• Maintain cybersecurity best practices and secure password management.
• Manage IT assets, procurement, monitoring systems, backups and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with service delivery, cyber, data and business systems teams for reliable IT operations.
