Job summary

Securitas is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 end-user assistance for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The role includes onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and collaborating with global teams to ensure security and reliability across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of asset management and device deployment.
• Basic understanding of networking and endpoint security.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end-user technology issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, network, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Support users with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including user accounts, access requests, equipment allocation, and retrieval.
• Build, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Maintain and update IT asset registers and inventory records.
• Manage the allocation, return, replacement, and disposal of IT equipment.
• Perform software installations, upgrades, and device configurations.
• Support endpoint patching, compliance, and security initiatives.
• Coordinate warranty repairs and hardware replacements.
• Maintain support documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Escalate complex issues to infrastructure, security, or global support teams as required.
• Deliver professional and customer-focused IT support services.

Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users, ensuring the reliable operation of desktop, laptop, mobile, and workplace technologies.
