Job summary

Randstad in Brisbane is seeking an IT Support & Systems Officer for a 3-month contract. The role blends first-line support with system administration, user access management, and security controls to keep operations secure and reliable across multiple platforms.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, administer accounts, deploy patches, support CCTV, SharePoint, Power Automate, and train staff while maintaining documentation and assisting IT projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support and service desk triage experience.
• Experience with system administration and managing user access.
• Familiarity with OpenText Content Manager, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Intune.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours activities and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, managing tickets from triage to resolution.
• Administer user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations across platforms.
• Coordinate setup, deployment, patching, and maintenance of IT equipment; support cybersecurity controls and access protocols.
• Support business applications (SharePoint, Power Automate, MS Forms) and assist CCTV infrastructure deployment.
• Provide training and maintain technical documentation; assist with IT project deployments.
