Job summary

Zarraffa’s Coffee is looking for an IT Support Officer to deliver Level 1/2 remote and on-site technical help to retail stores and the corporate office in Queensland. You will install, configure and maintain computer systems and software, troubleshoot issues, and document all incidents and solutions for future reference.

The role requires knowledge of Microsoft environments, Office 365, Azure basics, and experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer and RDP.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT support in retail or corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Microsoft operating systems.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Azure environments.
• Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, RDP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 remote support via phone, email, and remote access to retail stores.
• Provide Level 1/2 support to our corporate office employees.
• Respond to initial requests and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Document all incidents, solutions, procedures, and processes.
• Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Out of hours support is required on a rotating roster basis.
• Some travel may be required.
