For Purpose Aged Care is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support professional to join our VIC-based team, supporting both Head Office and residential aged care sites. You will provide Level 1 IT support, deploy and maintain devices, and help users across Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
You'll typically work three days on-site at facilities and two days at the Cheltenham Head Office, with interstate travel about once per quarter. A Certificate IV or Diploma in IT or equivalent experience is required.
At For Purpose Aged Care, our purpose is to deliver exceptional care for meaningful ageing. We are dedicated to creating communities that set the standard in aged care, guided by our C.A.R.E. values: Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Empathy.
If you're early in your IT career, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad, hands-on experience supporting both corporate users and residential aged care facilities. We are committed to developing the successful candidate and will provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
More important than ticking every box is your positive, can-do attitude, strong problem-solving ability, and genuine desire to help others. You'll play an important role in enabling our teams to focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Reporting to the IT Service Desk State Lead (VIC), you'll be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring our teams can effectively use technology to support residents and deliver outstanding care.
This is a hands-on role that will see you supporting both our Head Office in Cheltenham and our aged care homes across Victoria, including Clyde and Wallan and occasional interstate travel may be required, once per quarter.
Before applying, please consider the travel requirements of this role. You'll typically spend three days each week visiting our residential aged care homes and two days at our Head Office in Cheltenham. If you enjoy variety and working across different locations, this role offers a great mix of onsite support and team collaboration. All work-related travel will be reimbursed in line with company policy.
