Job summary

Maryborough Community Aged Care is seeking a dedicated care worker to provide daily personal care and support to residents, ensuring privacy and dignity while promoting comfort.

You will maintain accurate records, communicate professionally with residents, families and staff, and thrive in a team-based, not-for-profit environment that values wellbeing and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing).
• Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months).
• Genuine empathy and strong communication.
• Team player with strong collaboration.
• Excellent time management and tech skills.
• Sharp clinical judgment and problem solving.
