Job summary

TIMG is seeking a capable IT service desk professional in Sydney to resolve routine incidents and support multiple Freightways Australia businesses. You will manage tickets, communicate with users, and assist with onboarding and access requests, while contributing to knowledge sharing.

The role involves onsite support across Allied Express Bankstown and TIMG South Strathfield, with potential field work and after-hours considerations as part of development.

Qualifications

• You demonstrate practical ICT support capability and can resolve routine issues.
• You communicate clearly with non-technical users and take ownership of tasks.
• Formal IT qualifications and certifications are desirable; scripting or automation is useful.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve everyday device, application, account and connectivity issues.
• Provision and configure endpoints, install approved software and support workplace applications.
• Complete approved account and access requests within your permissions.
• Prioritise work, manage dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Document repeatable fixes, share knowledge and help simplify support.
• Provide onsite support for deployments and office relocations.
