TIMG in Sydney is seeking an ICT Helpdesk/Service Desk professional to provide practical support across Freightways Australia businesses, including Allied Express and TIMG. You will resolve routine incidents, manage tickets and keep users informed through resolution or handover.

Based at Allied Express Bankstown and TIMG South Strathfield, the role involves on-site deployments, collaboration with ICT colleagues, and opportunities to develop towards Level 2 responsibilities under the Service Desk

Qualifications

• Demonstrate practical ICT support capability and independently resolve routine issues.
• Clear communication with non-technical users and ownership of work.
• Foundational Windows, M365, AD and networking knowledge; experience with management tools is relevant.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve everyday device, application, account and connectivity issues.
• Provision and configure endpoints, install approved software and support workplace applications.
• Complete approved account and access requests within permission.
• Prioritise work, follow up dependencies and document fixes for knowledge sharing.
• Provide onsite support for deployments and office relocations.
