Job summary

Eil Global is a IT services provider operating in Asia Pacific and EMEA with offices in Adelaide, Australia. The Brisbane/Queensland site supports on-call, ticket-based, freelance and casual engagements across desktop, network and data centre technologies.

The team handles SLA-based support including on-site and remote troubleshooting for clients in the region. Strong English with local language is required; dispatch-based mode applies.

Qualifications

Experience handling desktop and network issues.
Able to install and upgrade operating systems.
Install patches and updates.
Perform software and hardware break-fix.
Solid IT engineering fundamentals.
Basic Wi-Fi knowledge.
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, switches and routers.
Install and administer MS Office.
Business English with local language.
