What You'll Be Working On

As the IT Support Engineer, you will deliver high-quality technical support and ensure smooth daily operations for employees across the global business. Your primary focus areas will include:

Technical Support & User Experience: Delivering first-line support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and office networks, and maintaining clear documentation to help team members navigate systems efficiently.

Systems & Security Administration: Managing everyday user access and administration across cloud platforms (including G Suite, Slack, Intune, JumpCloud, and Jira) while collaborating with the security team to maintain compliance, updates, and best practices.

Asset Lifecycle & Procurement: Managing hardware procurement, vendor relationships, asset tracking, and device management to ensure the team has the necessary tools to perform their roles.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Partnering with stakeholders to deliver seamless IT setup, device allocation, and technical onboarding sessions for new team members, as well as managing offboarding workflows.

Continuous Improvement & Projects: Contributing to internal IT initiatives, leveraging automation and cloud solutions to enhance operational workflows, and evaluating security and technical performance across systems.

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated experience in a technical support or systems administration role supporting corporate environments.

Hands-on experience administering core cloud platforms and mobile device management tools (e.g., G Suite, JumpCloud, or similar enterprise software).

Understanding of standard network infrastructure, hardware support, and endpoint security practices.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an organised approach to prioritising dynamic support queues.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to guide users, run tech onboarding sessions, and collaborate across teams.

Self-motivation and initiative to manage workload priorities and adapt to global operational needs when required.
