Job summary

Eil Global is seeking an on-call IT support professional to handle desktop and network issues in Bathurst, NSW. The role involves dispatch-based, part-time, freelance/casual work across clients in the Asia Pacific & EMEA regions.

You will install and upgrade operating systems, patch management, and maintain MS Office, with emphasis on business English for localised client interactions. The position requires solid IT engineering fundamentals, Wi‑Fi basics, and ability to configure LAN/WAN,

Qualifications

• Experience in handling desktop and network issues.
• Can install and upgrade operating systems.
• Install patches and perform break/fix for software and hardware.
• Good understanding of Wi‑Fi and basic networking (LAN/WAN, switches/routers).
• Experience administering MS Office and business English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or dispatch-based support for desktop and network issues.
• Install, upgrade and patch operating systems and software.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, and routers.
• Perform break/fix for software/hardware and document resolutions.
