Job summary

Kieser Australia is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to provide frontline technical assistance across our national network. You’ll manage the M365 tenancy, support Logic+ and Kieser Konnect, and liaise with our in-house software development team to keep IT services reliable.

Reporting to the IT Support Lead, this hybrid role offers onboarding, career development, and access to Kieser facilities. If you enjoy helping others and solving problems with a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user IT support in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and internal systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and document procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for M365 applications, internal systems, and other IT tools.
• Offer level 1 support for Logic+ and Kieser Konnect, including troubleshooting and documenting procedures.
• Respond to and resolve tickets in a timely manner with detailed issue resolutions.
• Manage the M365 tenancy: user accounts, app support, security configurations, and policy compliance.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues to ensure IT service reliability.
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and self-service documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, development, and operations teams to address tech needs.

Why You’ll Love This Role

Join out team as a IT Support Coordinator and make a real difference. You'll be providing essential technical support for all team members across the Kieser Australia network. This role assists with managing our M365 tenancy and acts as a front-line liaison for our in-house software development team, ensuring seamless IT operations. Reporting to the IT Support Lead, this role is performed from National Clinic Support and supports a hybrid working arrangement in line with organisational policies

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support to end-users for M365 applications, Internal systems (Logic+ and Kieser Konnect) and other IT systems.
• Offer level 1 support for Logic+ and Kieser Konnect, including troubleshooting, simple user
• training, and documenting technical procedures
• Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner, maintaining detailed documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Manage the M365 tenancy, including user account management, application support, security configurations, and ensuring ongoing compliance with company policies and security requirements.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to ensure the reliability and availability of IT services
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and support documentation to facilitate self-service support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operational staff, to understand and address technology needs

Must-haves

• Valid working rights in Australia
• Ability to trouble-shoot and diagnose IT problems with a view to correcting or passing to appropriate teams for resolution
• Ability to interact with staff and clients to understand issues and explain resolutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external IT service providers
• Superior attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work
• Effective time management and organisational skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in providing training or user support in a corporate or healthcare setting
• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a helpdesk or technical support environment
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Formal IT training
