Job summary

Kieser is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to provide essential technical support across the Kieser Australia network. You will manage M365 tenancy, support Logic+ and Kieser Konnect, and act as a frontline liaison for the in-house software development team.

Reporting to the IT Support Lead, this role operates from a National Clinic Support hub with a hybrid work arrangement. You will help ensure reliable IT services and improve self-service resources for staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for M365 applications, internal systems (Logic+ and Kieser Konnect) and other IT systems.
• Offer level 1 support for Logic+ and Kieser Konnect, including troubleshooting, simple user training, and documenting procedures.
• Respond to and resolve support tickets promptly with detailed documentation.

Join out team as a IT Support Coordinator and make a real difference. You'll be providing essential technical support for all team members across the Kieser Australia network. This role assists with managing our M365 tenancy and acts as a front-line liaison for our in-house software development team, ensuring seamless IT operations. Reporting to the IT Support Lead, this role is performed from National Clinic Support and supports a hybrid working arrangement in line with organisational policies

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support to end-users for M365 applications, Internal systems (Logic+ and Kieser Konnect) and other IT systems.
• Offer level 1 support for Logic+ and Kieser Konnect, including troubleshooting, simple user
• training, and documenting technical procedures
• Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner, maintaining detailed documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Manage the M365 tenancy, including user account management, application support, security configurations, and ensuring ongoing compliance with company policies and security requirements.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to ensure the reliability and availability of IT services
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and support documentation to facilitate self-service support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operational staff, to understand and address technology needs

Must-haves

• Valid working rights in Australia
• Ability to trouble-shoot and diagnose IT problems with a view to correcting or passing to appropriate teams for resolution
• Ability to interact with staff and clients to understand issues and explain resolutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external IT service providers
• Superior attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work
• Effective time management and organisational skills

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in providing training or user support in a corporate or healthcare setting
• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a helpdesk or technical support environment
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Formal IT training
