Job summary

Wedded Wonderland seeks an IT Support Specialist (Videography & Studio Manager) to blend IT duties with hands-on management of our podcast studio and media workflows. You will support office IT systems, equipment, and content production, collaborating with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support or studio management, strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Google Workspace, and 365, plus experience with AV gear and video

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or similar degree in IT, CS, multimedia, or communications.
• 2+ years in IT support, AV, or studio management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Networking fundamentals and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Experience with podcast, livestream, or video production equipment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, telephony platforms, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of integrations and APIs; automation platforms like Zapier.
• Basic web development skills (HTML/CSS/JS) a plus.
• Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate AV equipment for podcasts, livestreams, webinars, and shoots; manage shoot logistics and crew.
• Capture video footage, edit, color correct, and format content for platforms.
• Plan shot lists, production schedules, and recording workflows.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, and audio quality across productions.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with brand standards.
• Support IT operations: desks, devices, network, printers, and productivity tools.
• Coordinate studio bookings, equipment maintenance, and storage; ensure production readiness.
• Provide onsite IT support and assist with travel-related production needs when required.
• Maintain documentation and internal knowledge base; onboard new staff.
• Identify process improvements to streamline studio workflows and integrations.
