Job summary

Our client, a global leader in diagnostic and healthcare services, seeks an IT Services Manager to lead Desktop, EUC and Site support across Perth metro locations, including Osborne Park. You will guide a team, manage SLAs, and align IT services with clinical and non-clinical user needs.

Based in Osborne Park, the role requires on-site presence and collaboration with regional stakeholders to deliver reliable workplace technology and continuous improvement across multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in IT Service Management across full lifecycle.
• Experience supporting technology services in complex environments.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder alignment with user needs.
• People-focused leadership, coaching and accountability culture.
• Technical expertise in MS operating environments, EUC and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Define operating rhythm and lead the team to deliver service excellence.
• Oversee Desktop and EUC support across multi-site locations.
• Manage performance metrics and SLAs with reporting to Head of Service Delivery.
• Facilitate seamless delivery of workplace technology initiatives.
• Foster collaborative relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance user experience.
• Manage planning, acquisition, maintenance and renewal of technology assets.
