Public Sector People is currently sourcing an IT Service Desk Officer for an immediate start on a Sydney-based local government contract. The role covers Level 1 and 2 IT support for a NSW Government organisation, with a 3-month duration.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, including phone and deskside services.
• Experience working in local government.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS and Office applications.
• Unrestricted driver's license (C Class) and travel between work sites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a willingness to learn.
