Job summary

Eil Global in Australia provides IT services across APAC/EMEA and has Hope Island, Gold Coast QLD as a site. We seek on-call dispatch IT professionals for freelance/part-time casual work supporting desks, networks, and data centre technologies.

The role covers handling desktop/network issues, OS installs, patching, MS Office administration, and basic WAN/LAN configurations. Business English and local language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling desktop and network issues.
• Capable of installing and upgrading operating systems.
• Install patches and perform break/fix on software and hardware.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, switches, and routers.

Responsibilities

• Handle desktop and network issues as ticket-based tasks.
• Install and upgrade operating systems as required.
• Install patches and perform software/hardware break/fix.
• Administer MS Office and related productivity tools.
• Maintain basic Wi-Fi and network configurations.
• Coordinate with local teams; communicate in Business English.
