Job summary

Eil Global in Adelaide is seeking IT professionals to support Sydney sites with on-call, freelance/part-time desktop and network tasks. You will handle desktop and network issues, install and upgrade operating systems, apply patches, and perform software/hardware break fixes.

Business English with local language is required. Basic Wi‑Fi and LAN/WAN knowledge are expected, along with on-site ticket handling as needed in a flexible dispatch environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling desktop and network issues.
• Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems.
• Ability to install patches and perform software/hardware break fix.
• Well-versed IT engineer with basic Wi-Fi knowledge.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN, switches and router configuration.
• Able to install and administer MS Office applications.
• Business English with local language proficiency.
