Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive enterprise IT transformations and champion change management. The role is hybrid with a Bella Vista/Bella Vista head office orientation, focused on delivering complex programs across the group to uplift the retail experience.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines and risks, and translate technical progress into executive updates. Retail familiarity is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering enterprise IT projects across large, multi-brand environments.
• Experience navigating matrixed organisations and complex programs.
• Retail sector experience is highly regarded and helpful.

You bring a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes, underpinned by a deep mastery of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the design of optimised ICT systems.
