Job summary

BIG W is seeking an Availability Manager in Inverell, NSW to lead stock availability through end-to-end inventory routines. You will coach teams, plan daily stockfill across departments and ensure products are well merchandised with clear value.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and flexible rosters, including evenings and late nights across seven days. You’ll drive processes, maintain accurate stock information, and uphold a safe, tidy back-of-house.
