St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in delivering SQL Modernisation and Application Audit projects. The role coordinates activities, schedules, documentation and stakeholder engagement while monitoring progress to meet scope, time and quality targets.

Responsibilities include analysing operational requirements, identifying process improvements, defining requirements, evaluating options, and supporting testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Coordination or Business Analysis within IT application projects.
• Experience coordinating IT application and/or database migration projects.
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, governance, documentation and reporting.
• Experience working with business, technical and vendor stakeholders.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis and process analysis skills.
• Experience supporting change, impact assessment and business readiness activities.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to monitor and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
• Experience working within a complex organisation or regulated environment will be highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, documentation and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyse business operational requirements and identify process improvements with recommended solutions.
• Define requirements, evaluate options, support acceptance testing and foster cross‑functional relationships.
• Plan and govern IT application and database migration projects; monitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Maintain governance artefacts and project reporting for stakeholders and sponsors.
