St Vincent's Care Services in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support IT application and database migration projects, including SQL Modernisation and Application Audit, coordinating activities, governance, documentation and stakeholder engagement.

You will work with business, technical and vendor stakeholders to define requirements, analyze processes, support testing, and ensure delivery within timeframes, scope and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Project Coordination or Business Analysis within IT application projects
• Experience coordinating IT application and/or database migration projects
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, governance, documentation and reporting
• Experience working with business, technical and vendor stakeholders
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis and process analysis skills
• Experience supporting change, impact assessment and business readiness activities
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to monitor and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams
• Experience working within a complex organisation or regulated environment will be highly regarded

Responsabilités

• Coordinate IT application and database migration projects, including planning, scheduling, governance and documentation
• Support the Project Manager with project coordination and delivery activities
• Engage business, technical and vendor stakeholders, facilitating workshops and communications
• Support requirements gathering, business and process analysis, change and impact assessment activities. Analyse business operational requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Evaluate solution options and support the recommendation of effective business solutions
• Monitor and report project progress, risks, issues and dependencies. Maintain project documentation, governance artefacts and project reporting
