Woolworths Group is seeking an IT Program Manager for the Domain Enablement Group to lead the planning and execution of programs delivering new technologies, processes, and infrastructure. You will coordinate development, integration, and testing across domains to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 7-10+ years in program management, expertise in planning and risk management, and strong vendor engagement.

Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in program management.
Delivery methodologies, planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, and project controls.
Vendor engagement experience with software and professional services.
Experience in cost centre management within an IT context.
Global team leadership with onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of programs and projects delivering new technologies, including business processes, systems, and infrastructure.
Manage program scope, budget, and schedule within time, budget, and quality constraints.
Regularly review program performance against strategic plans, and identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Build strong, collaborative partnerships with senior executives and establish clear communication frameworks.
Lead a team of 3-5 direct reports (PMs, Coordinators, Business Analysts) to grow capabilities.
Identify and promote opportunities to solve business needs with IT solutions.
