You will lead engineers across software development, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering, driving technical excellence and continuous improvement to support the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

• Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management to ensure stability and security.
