Qualifications

• Foundational experience in project/program coordination and delivery support.
• Comfortable with scheduling, tracking, dependencies and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Willingness to learn change management disciplines and manage change impact.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of project tasks to keep programs on schedule.
• Coordinate weekly program cadence and support planning cycles.
• Maintain integrated portfolio roadmap with milestones and interdependencies.
• Draft dashboards and status reports for leadership groups.
• Assist with change impact analyses and communication plans under guidance.
