Job summary

Woolworths Group seeks an ICT Category Manager to lead technology procurement across software, cloud, SaaS, and cybersecurity. You will partner with senior technology leaders to evolve ICT category strategies and drive cost optimisation and risk mitigation.

You will manage end-to-end sourcing, negotiations, and supplier relationships, while enabling innovative tech platforms. Hybrid work is available within Australia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years procurement experience leading ICT/Technology category strategies.
• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, cloud infra, IT services; familiarity with Ariba, BI, CLM.
• Familiar with AI tools and security risk boundaries.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to senior tech leadership.
• Agile mindset and collaborative, proactive approach.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Digital Technologies; MCIPS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for enterprise tech solutions.
• Develop and execute ICT category strategies with IT Architects.
• Negotiate multi-year technology agreements.
• Drive SRM and Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Collaborate with IT ExCo, Cyber Security, Legal, Finance, and Risk.
• Source emerging technologies with risk and legal frameworks.
