Job summary

Kelly+Partners is seeking a proactive IT Support professional to join our growing team. You will provide hands-on support across offices, maintain Microsoft 365, manage endpoints, and collaborate with external MSPs to keep systems running smoothly.

You will also contribute to cybersecurity best practices and assist with AI-enabled tools deployment, while ensuring documentation and efficient IT service delivery. Sydney-based office preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on IT experience, preferably in professional services.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, user access, and licence administration.
• Experience working with external IT vendors / MSPs.
• Solid grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• A valid Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to Partners, managers, and staff across our offices.
• Build strong working relationships with Partners to understand technology needs and ensure reliable support.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including user provisioning, licensing, security, and collaboration tools.
• Manage endpoints (Windows laptops/desktops), onboarding/offboarding, and equipment setup.
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and managed service providers.
• Support IT aspects of new office onboarding and integrations.
• Assist with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Support practice management, document management, and collaboration platforms.
• Manage IT requests using a ticket-based support model.
• Support AI and automation initiatives, including: User access and permissions for AI tools; ensuring security, licensing, and compliance; assisting rollout and user support for AI-enabled tools.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and operational records.
