Job summary

Rivkin Securities in Sydney seeks an experienced Systems Support Officer to provide practical IT support across the business, including hardware, software, Microsoft 365, user access, network connectivity and security.

You will set up and maintain computers, accounts and devices, manage permissions and MFA, and assist with IT projects to keep Rivkin's tech environment reliable and secure.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in IT support or similar ICT role.
• Qualification in IT, Computer Systems, Networking or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to office-based and remote employees for hardware, software, and access issues.
• Set up and maintain computers, user accounts, Microsoft 365, applications and IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, passwords and MFA.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, internet, VPN and network connectivity.
• Install and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, phones and other IT equipment.
• Maintain IT assets, licences and inventories.
• Support cybersecurity, Defender and device security requirements.
• Liaise with MSPs, vendors and telecoms to resolve issues.
• Provide support for internal systems and basic WordPress troubleshooting.
• Document IT changes and support requests accurately.
• Provide guidance and training on IT systems and software.
• Assist with new software implementations and IT processes.
