Job summary

I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is seeking an IT Operations lead to oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure, corporate services and network communications for the project. Working under the CIO, you will coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure reliable operations and timely issue resolution.

The role requires understanding IT operations, strong coordination, documentation, and adherence to standards and compliance, including SOX activities where assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or similar.
• 2+ years in IT operations, systems or network support.
• Experience coordinating work with internal teams, vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations, maintenance, and system administration for the project.
• Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to ensure reliable operations and issue resolution.
• Maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, document issues and support resolution.
• Lead cybersecurity vulnerability tracking and SOX compliance activities as assigned.
