Job summary

Thompson Health Care invites an experienced IT Operations leader to own and optimize IT operations across a multi-site environment. You will keep the day-to-day technology running smoothly while exploring how IT can better support the broader business.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, you will partner with an external MSP and technology vendors to deliver reliable services, security and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT operations in a multi-site environment.
• Strong vendor and MSP management experience.
• Broad knowledge across infrastructure, networks, systems and end-user technology.
• Experience delivering technology projects and continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of cyber security and technology risk.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to identify issues, challenge the status quo and implement practical solutions.
• Confident communicating technology matters to senior leaders and the Board.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and service delivery across multiple locations.
• Manage relationship with external MSP and key tech vendors.
• Oversee infrastructure, devices, connectivity and core technology services.
• Identify gaps and drive improvements across IT environment.
• Support technology projects and business-led initiatives.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions with stakeholders.
• Support cyber security and technology risk management.
• Provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
