Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an ICT lead to shape and deliver technology services across project sites from mobilisation through to operations and demobilisation. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership, stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.

In this role you will ensure reliable, secure, and business-focused technology solutions, drive continuous improvement, and partner with both project and corporate teams to maximise value for the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in ICT support and infrastructure management.
• Strong expertise across ICT infrastructure, networking and OT environments.
• Experience delivering ICT projects, implementations and site deployments.
• Experience managing Service Desk operations and ticketing systems.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels of an organisation.
• Proven experience managing ICT budgets, forecasting, procurement and vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of ICT governance, cybersecurity, risk management and compliance requirements.
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery and ongoing optimisation of ICT infrastructure, systems and support services across multiple project sites.
• Manage site mobilisations and demobilisations, including networks, communications, security technologies and end-user computing.
• Develop and manage ICT budgets, forecasts, procurement activities and vendor relationships for cost-effective outcomes.
• Act as the primary ICT lead for operational teams and senior stakeholders, providing strategic advice and updates.
• Ensure ICT services meet cybersecurity, governance, compliance and regulatory requirements while managing risk.
• Drive process improvement, standardisation and best-practice service delivery frameworks.
